Regional Development The City of Kouvola is involved in a regional cohesion and competitiveness programme named KOKO 2010-2013.

In the Kouvola region, KOKO aims at meeting the challenges posed by the changes in the structure of economic life, the economy in general, and the municipal structure. Our goal is, for instance, to improve the way the new city serves people.
