Information and Communications Business is about a project that mainly carries out the DIGIBUSINESS cluster of the national OSKE expertise centre programme. DigiOSKE, for the part of the Kouvola region, focuses on multilingual communication and content management as well as cooperation with Russia and China.

The field of multilingual communication and content management is made up of linguistic and cultural know-how, communication skills and tools, and modern information technology.
