Development Services

The development services of Kinno carry out development projects in order to promote formation, growth and internationalization of new businesses. At the same time the economic development strategy of the town of Kouvola is implemented.

The development areas are situated in four competence and focus areas:
forest, energy and environment sector, information and communication operations, logistics and tourism and leisure cluster.

In addition, development projects of business environment are carried out regardless of sector. Small and medium size businesses in the region participate actively in the implementation of the projects.

We at Kinno feel that co-ordinated development activity supports regeneration and diversification of business structure. It is guided by identification of the region's strengths and know how, proactive influencing and the will to respond to the challenges caused by structural change.
